I needed some small plastic cogs that had broken inside my sat nav unit. I phoned up expecting to hear that I'd have to have the parts fitted by them... but no, they identified what was needed, gave me a price and ordered for next day pm.
At 1pm I got a text saying bits were in. When I collected, the service manager proceeded to track down and print out the service instructions to ease my repair. He didn't have to. But he did through courtesy and it made the repair much easier for me.
So that's real service. I'll be going back, definitely. Well done guys.
