- Richard Knowler Review added: 2018.02.20★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The company is under new management and they treat their staff really badly, they will also pay you as little as possible and expect as much as possible and they will retain your wages if they feel like they can get away with it, you will constantly be checking your bank and ringing them over underpaid wages! Also they will send out walls and skate parks and ice rinks that are broken, dirty or damaged, and then you look bad and they just tell you to get on with it and the clients don't seem to be happy most of the time, but they couldn't care less because they will go on to rip off the next poor sod that decides to have one, the staff that work there are great and deserve to be treated a lot better because they are the only thing keeping the business running! Everything is last minute and staff will be expected to drop their lives and their plans to go to work on such short notice, this will also cause problems in things being missing such as tools and essentials for that specific job.
